Closure updates during inclement weather or outages are posted here and on our Facebook and Instagram Pages.

Closure Policy

In any case where inclement weather, power outages, or other situations which impact our ability to hold in-clinic appointments, do not assume an appointment has been canceled even if area schools have closed, or opened late. Clients will be contacted directly by the scheduling team or their provider to notify them that their in-clinic appointment will be:

Rescheduled to a Telehealth visit.
Cancelled if Telehealth isn’t available.

If we need to cancel due to closure or a late start we will:

  1. Post an update above on this page and Facebook page as soon as we are able.
  2. Someone from our scheduling team or your provider will contact you to either reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please keep in mind that you may see a blocked number on your caller ID.

If we are still open, but you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please:

  1. Contact your scheduler by calling our office or
  2. Email our scheduling teams:
