My child is a current client and has been referred for a different therapy. Do I need to redo any paperwork or the intake form?

You will not need to redo the complete packet. However, there are some unique forms to each therapy/service that may need to be completed depending on the needs of the client. Discuss with any of our Office Specialists or Care Coordinators for additional details.
