Our clinics are closed for these major holidays during the year, including:

Holiday Closure Between Christmas & New Year’s
Closure dates during this time period are determined annually. We will post holiday closure notices in our waiting rooms and Facebook page.
2024 Holiday Closure: Our clinics will be closed from December 21st to December 29th, reopening on December 30th and 31st.
We will be closed again on January 1st, 2025, and resume normal operations on January 2nd and 3rd.
About This Clinic
The Canby Clinic building was purchased and renovated in the Summer of 2019. Previously, the building housed restaurants serving the Canby community for many years and is conveniently located near downtown. This location now houses our administrative team.

Offices for our providers are located on the second floor of this commercial building (turn right at the top of the stairs, or upon exiting the elevator).
