The Clackamas, Multnomah, Washington and Yamhill County Crisis Services provide 24-hour help for people experiencing a mental health crisis.
Call these Crisis Services Lines and ask to speak to a crisis counselor. Crisis counselors can assist you directly, or refer you to other services.

Multnomah County Crisis Line (24/7): 503-988-4888
- This line (503-988-4888 or 800-716-9769) serves mental health crisis counseling, suicidal thoughts, safety planning, and high level crisis needs 24 hours/7 days a week. Telehealth is Available.
- Walk-In Clinic: 4212 SE Division Street, Portland is open Monday – Friday 7 am – 9 pm, Saturday-Sunday 9 am to 9 pm.

- This line (503-291-9111) serves mental health crisis counseling, and suicidal thoughts, 24 hours/7 days a week. Telehealth is available.
